Your Flight Attendant Career

Flight attendant careers are some of the most rewarding careers out in the world today. What other job can you fly around the world and get paid to do it!

Keep in mind there are two directions you can go when it comes to choosing your flight attendant career.

1. Commercial Flight Attendant. A flight attendant on Delta, JetBlue, American, Alaska, etc. Which is more like a generic flight attendant position. It is not as glamorous as it used to be with less benefits and most likely more work for the money they are now getting paid for. You will stay at middle level to lower level hotels on your layovers and quite possibly fly the same route for years and years. Also the training is more expensive and longer time frame.

2. Corporate / Private Flight Attendant . A flight attendant that flys on private aircraft, specifically jets and some large turbo props. This is a different sort of flight attendant career all together. You will stay at the best hotels in the world, have the ability to work when you want (if you fly contract not necessarily full time charter position) and get paid pretty well. Most corporate flight attendant careers pay generally around $350-$450 a day for contract and 35-45k to start as a full time employee. You will most likely fly a different route each flight and go to some of the most elite locations in the world. You also get the chance to rub elbows with some of the most famous and important people in the world. Training for this flight attendant career is only 1 week and cheaper that commercial.
